Watermelon Juice Recipe with Lemon & Mint

A glass of chilled watermelon juice garnished with fresh mint, alongside watermelon slices, lemon, and a bottle of juice.

Watermelon does most of the work here. Lemon keeps it bright, mint cools it down, and the whole thing is easy to make when you want something refreshing to share.

  • Fresher → Add cucumber

Don't add ice cubes directly to the juicer. For a colder drink, serve the finished juice over ice instead.
