Blueberry Ginger Shot Recipe with Purple Cabbage

A glass of deep purple berry juice surrounded by fresh blueberries and purple cabbage on a lavender surface.

Sweet blueberries soften the earthy purple cabbage, while cucumber, lemon, and ginger keep it crisp and bright. Its deep purple color makes it a fun option when you want something small, bold, and a little different.

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 lemons
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger

Wash all the produce thoroughly.

Peel the lemons.

Cut the cucumber and cabbage into pieces that fit comfortably in the hopper.

  • Milder → Use less ginger

If the cabbage catches along the side of the hopper, use the soft-tipped pusher to gently guide it down. It’s designed to safely make contact with the auger.
