2026 Kitchen Mama’s Day Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

This promotion is open to customers placing qualifying orders shipped within the United States only. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period:

This offer is valid from May 11, 2026 to May 31, 2026. 

Discounts must be redeemed within this period and apply only while eligible products remain in stock.

How It Works:

  • Customers who purchase any eligible item are eligible to receive 50% off new arrival products.

  • An eligible item refers to any product that is not a replacement part, not marked as on sale, and not classified as a new arrival product.

  • Each eligible item allows one (1) new arrival product at 50% off.

(Example: Purchase 1 eligible item and receive 1 new arrival item at 50% off; purchase 2 eligible items and receive 2 new arrival items at 50% off.)

  • If more new arrival products are added than eligible items:

  • The lowest-priced new arrival item(s) will receive the 50% discount based on the number of eligible items.

  • Any additional new arrival products will receive 20% off.

  • New arrival products purchased without an eligible item will receive 20% off, with no quantity limit.


Discount Application:

  • Discounts are applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other promotions unless otherwise stated. No promo code is required.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Returns will be processed based on the discounted price paid for each eligible item.

  • For promotional purchases, if a customer returns one item while keeping the remaining item, the kept item will be charged at its original, non-discounted price, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Kitchen Mama reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Any suspected misuse or abuse of the promotion, including creating multiple accounts or manipulating eligibility, may result in disqualification.
