If there’s something wrong with the product you received, we want to make the returns easy and hassle-free for you.
We accept product returns within 30 days from your order date in exchange of another store product.
For manufacturer defects, we will cover return shipping. But returns for other reasons such as mishandling will not be honored.
When returning a product, they should be unaltered in any way and should be in their original packaging.
Follow through our return process for your return requests to be honored.
Secure a return code
- Before sending your products, please tell us your reason of returning and send over product photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. After inspecting within 24-48 hours, we will send you back a Return Code authorizing the return together with the return address. Please do not simply ship back to seller.
Ship to return
- After acquiring the Return Code, please ship the product to the return address attached on the email.
Wait for your product to arrive
- We will ship the exchange products as soon as we receive the product/s from you. We will also send you the Tracking Number so you can monitor the shipment.
