Surprising fast!
Bought an automatic can opener and 2 salt and pepper shakers. Arrived on a Friday and one of the shakers was broken. I sent the team an email that day thinking I wouldn’t hear anything until Monday. They responded asap and by Sunday they were getting ready to ship me a new shaker. It all works great too!

Two things I like the most, besides being so EASY: it cuts the can on the side so there are no sharp edges to be careful of and it has a little magnet to grab the lid. It’s my fav new toy in the kitchen!!! Lovvvvvve opening cans now!!!

The edges are flexible, but the center of the head is firm, so it does a great job scraping bowls.
